Discussion about equity issues is very broad, since this
issue is a critique of hierarchy is still an endless debate. There is many
person attempt to connect hierarchy with the natural law, some one stating that
the social hierarchy is a man-made construction.
Justice is often defined as a theory about how to put
something in appropriate place, have very close relationship with the
egalitarian principle that teach about awareness of human equality regardless
to ideology, gender, culture, race, or economic class that it's all just going
to makes human trapped on fanaticism, but however justice and egalitarian are
two different entities and can not be equated.
In Indonesia, women grow and thrive in a system called Gono-gini.
Tht is to say that between man and woman stay in miniature frames of symbiosis mutualism
in life, but she have a special privilege was not granted to men.
On February 24, in Yogyakarta in an international
seminar, Nasaruddin Umar expressed his criticism of egalitarian theory that
emerged in France that a lot of referenced
to support gender equality argument such Fatima and Amina Wadud Muhsin.
In his argument on gender, Nasaruddin Umar stated that somehow people totality
can not be equated between men and
women, he gives the example of a pregnant woman can not be equated with the men

(equality) is a derivation of the total egalitarian. Women may not be equal totality
to men, that inequality not discriminate to women but that is a form of
affection to protect woman inner and outer. It needs to be remembered that
equity issue is was be reason of struggle and sacrifice that was be effort by Karl Marx, Mahatma
Gandhi, and Farid Esac.
The human difference is most often interpret out of ruled
of his own definition, the difference is often interpreted in negativ
dimensions, different people assumed weird, or even be a badness, wherever “In fact”
the true meaning of different is not such that, if women are different to men, whether it is an crime?. To
solve that problem it appear horizontal strata.
